The escape plan...
After Nesvalyn and Paildreo are done kissing, Paildreo let go a "Oh.", the goes to a bank of screens.
They glance at Nesvalyn, which chuckles.
They look around using a light visor on their eyes. Then after a moment..
They click away the visor and tap on a light keyboard, which makes the schematics of the station appears and they point the lab.
It takes 5, then 10 minutes to let them think until we hear the scrapping and banging at the door.
The bangs continues, as these things are prepared to get in.
They describe that we'll have to jump in a certain motion, and then keep a certain position to move quickly through the Astral Sea without reaching the spaghettification.
Reylynn casts [Sending] to contact Sprigg, which agrees nonchalantly, then our ship popup through the window, with Sprigg piloting it using one hand, has he holds a weird device in his other hand.
Paildreo takes what they need, mostly research content, along some personal elements() which Nesvalyn recognizes a bracelet he gifted).
Paildreo opens the airlock and we're pulled out for a few feet before hitting the air bubble of Naus and roll on the deck.
Then he gets back to his room.
Naus leaves and we notice that most of the battle station has been consumed, it's been spreading as we fly away, and we're back on the way to the closest Waypoint.
Debrief on the ship...
They mention that they hope to work on the vaccine, which they hope to cure Nesvalyn with that, and then getting being forgiven by Federal Council of Astronauts and join it back.
But mostly, we're starting to form a crew on our ship.
They take Nesvalyn's hand, which makes him giggle.
He removes his armor.
They examine Persy for a moment.
Paildreo brings Nesvalyn below deck to catch up some time.
Meanwhile, the party gets back about Balnorin weird behavior, and trying to learn more about the source of his magic.
An unexpected encounter...
We're reaching the Waypoint Barros, which is inside a Crystal Sphere. It's positioned above a moon above a dead planet. It has a long shaft to reach the place.
[Perception - Pass ✔] Axel and Balnorin hear coming from the distance a faint sound of music growing louder to the ship.
As it gets closer, everybody hears it and we see in the distance what appears to be a wind surfing board. Whoever on it is the one playing that music. It goes above our bubble then we see a blur of colors with long pink hair. It goes up and the guitar plays sharp sounds, then a ghostly grim reaper arrives and slices the mat of the ship and we're dodging the mat.
Leaping down in front of us, guitar back what appears to be an undead teenage girl. A bullet hole is on her forehead.
She pulls out a katana, while keeping a casual pose.
She takes a couple of steps towards us.
She stops 10ft from the team.
She looks at Axel.
Kaze explodes in a puff, and the board drops out of the sky.
As she explodes and the dust vacuums, she leaves behind her mommified shruken hand, and her guitar.
Old enemies, new acquittances...
As we look for Reylynn, her body glows up and reassembles magically.
She has platinum white blond hair, and a ghostly blue eye and an empty eye socket.
She looks down to her arms.
She casts [Scatter] on the party
[WIS Save - Fail ❌] Only Balnorin resists.
Anria sees the golden door knocker, and her face fills with determination.
The corpse shifts and floats, and now it's Reylynn but with blue hair.
She looks at Nesvalyn
Cherry casts [Disguise Self], changing her hair to pink, but not the same tone as Reylynn's.
We're still drifting to the Waypoint, which will take a few hours to reach after the damage caused by Kaze.
Axel and Nesvalyn investigate back Kaze's corpse, and we can't find the hand near the guitar.
We check it first, using [Identify]:
She gives back the Waterdrop Pendant, which doesn't seem to work on her.
After a few hours, we leap in the docking bay of the Waypoint Barros, ready to get off the ship.
Paildreo and Ludwig will accompany us. As we all walk down the ship, we hear a knock from the deck.
A door forms with the golden knocker of the center.
We use the DRAG system to change and prepare for the party: Persy is in a tuxedo, Paildreo changes in a good looking uniform, Nesvalyn is in a dress, Axel has something to match their color.
[Insight - Pass ✔] Paildreo seems anxious about something.
They advance to the door without replying to Nesvalyn, and they open the door and we all fall through it, until we're all standing on some rocky ground.
When we're looking above us, we appear to be deep underwater.
We are in a kelp forest, and as we move through, the kelp forms a hedge maze. Magic surrounds us as we can breath, and around us are fishes chasing around, with purple and yellow whales in the distance.
Going to the party...
After a while, we find a magic castle, with the east and west wings stretching indefinitely, made with sandstone and corals. We can notice around 3-4 tall towers.
Reaching the entrance, we notice Or standing on the top of the staircase. Lining up and down seems to be servants of the house, and by looking closely the servants, they look really weird, as they have a humanoid shape, but their bodies are malformed or they are misshaped. A iron coloured mask with a smile is pressed to their face, as it seems to hold the face to the skull. They all wear nice butler suits and dresses.
Nesvalyn enables the Psychic whispers on the group for 5 hours, except Cherry still not trusting Nesvalyn refuses to be part of it, and has Paildreo in the group.
We hear a splash above us, and when looking at it, we see a big clamp, followed by small clamps, pulled by seahorses (which when looking closer, the top body looks sea elves, with some Seahorses orifices. They pull out big trumpets and play.
The big clamp opens up (similar to Venus painting), and this beautiful 9ft tall woman appears before our eyes. Her skin being glossy blue, with long white hair, like a louse flowy face, similar to Or but finer, but mostly incredibly beautiful.
↪ [CHA Save] Axel is the only one charmed, who bows immediately.
Or bows, and the party follows.
Even with her height, she's tip topping and makes her way to the stairs with people holding the dress behind her.
She gives a kiss on their forehead.
