Golden Voice

An intact Larynx who can be swallowed and will embed itself to replaces the user vocal cords.

Once attuned and placed, the user has a voice similar to Kaj which is useful to sing, granting Advantage on [Performance] checks on singing.
The user can cast [Control Flames] at will, along a few spells (see Stats section)
However, it inflates the ego of the user, giving Disadvantage on [Insight] checks, as the user gives the predomination of being of a diva.

At last resort, the user can do the following action:
[The Big Note]: Conjures a wave of fire, requiring each entity within the field to make a DC 18 DEX Saving Throw, dealing 20d6 fire in a 100yd code, or half as much on a successful one. Any creature in the cone who can't get out fails automatically the save.
Once used, the Larynx explodes and the user must make a DC 20 CON Saving Throw, dealing 10d8 fire dmg to user, or half as much on a successful one.
