The Wyrd
In the year 1400 B.I. The Wyrd happened.
It was as if every being, even the eyeless ones, blinked simultaneously.
When they opened their eyes, the world was different.
A group of scientists, both Wunderan and Wyrdling, proved the existence of the Multiplanar Theory.
The Citadel suddenly rose into the sky, leaving a massive crater in the city of Renburg.
In the year 1400 B.I. The Wyrd happened.
It was as if every being, even the eyeless ones, blinked simultaneously.
When they opened their eyes, the world was different.
The first notable discovery was that countless denizens had gone missing.
Disappeared, on the spot, without sound or struggle.
Some irrelevant wizard or scientist once theorized that approximately forty percent of Wundera’s population vanished in The Wyrd, never to be seen again.
The second notable discovery was that for every one that had vanished, something else had appeared.
Reports of strange creatures and otherworldly entities appeared all over the world.
Angels had begun to walk the streets, blessing peasants and beggars.
All manner of beast folk began wandering into settlements; except these beastfolk could speak the common tongue, and some claimed to have been educated at universities and military academies.
A great tree had sprouted up in the city of Oa’Hi and a legion of fey creatures spilled out.
There were sightings of demons, illithids, great beasts, and perhaps the most fearsome rumor of all: Dragons had returned to Wundera.
The world was flung into confusion and chaos, and millions of voices cried out for the Wonders for salvation.
However, the Citadel remained quiet.
On the day of the Wyrd, Nesvalyn and Paildreo were sucked out of Wundera, and they sailed together during one year. However during one of the expeditions, Nesvalyn got infected by the Minero Morphosis, and Paildreo stroke a deal with an entity to put Nesvalyn into an eternal coma and send them back on Wundera, while they are searching for a cure.
On the day of the Wyrd, Nesvalyn and Paildreo were sucked out Wundera, and sailed during one year until Nesvalyn got infected by the Minero Morphosis.
His grand-parents emerged when the Wyrd happened.
On the day of the Wyrd, Persy's grand parents emerged from the Wyrd in Wundera.
Willum found his son, Ludwig on that day, and also lost his arm protecting his new adopted child.
