She didn't survived our encounter during the assault of the Pinnacle in Ombardo Springs on Detrine. (36 - New revolutions, old acquittances)

From what we've seen, she was... (am I really obliged to talk about her? She's the kind of person I despite the most, and is probably one of the reasons I hate being outside my clan. I'm pretty sure she would've been troubles when I was an Archeologist back home. Or perhaps she was already troubles and I had to deal with her goons before. But I digress, back to her.).
Let's say the cliché of powerful people, she thinks she's the center of the world, and has little value to other people (especially to her servants all named Ignatus and who died for her or had to do terrible things, or even her exs).
I prefer to think that the world is a better place without her, best to find her necrology to talk more about her.
(Definitively not in the mood to write about her, by the Great Mother, I hope she is the only one, and now finds rest, I don't want to meet her again.)
